If the project already has a renderer, staying with it usually reduces material and lighting conversion work. Start by listing the scene's critical dependencies: materials, maps, lights, camera effects, proxies, and any plugins.

Then test one representative asset in the same renderer and version as the final scene. A still image from another renderer is a visual reference, not a compatibility test.

Choose Corona when a CPU-first Corona scene and its material ecosystem are already established. Choose V-Ray when the team needs its CPU/GPU options or V-Ray material pipeline. In either case, test the actual scene because renderer conversion is a scene change, not a file-extension change.
