Your account
Create an account with an email address you control. Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity on your account; do not share it or use automated methods to bypass download limits.
Library access
Free membership includes 20 new asset acquisitions per UTC calendar month. Unused allowances do not carry over. Acquiring an asset again does not use another unit. Availability may change, and assets may be removed for rights, security or technical reasons.
Paid plans
Paid subscriptions are available on monthly, six-month and annual billing intervals. Polar shows the price, applicable taxes, billing interval and monthly allowance before you confirm a purchase. Six-month and annual payments provide an allowance that resets monthly, rather than the whole term’s allowance at once.
Renewal and cancellation
A paid subscription renews at the billing interval shown at checkout until it is cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal and does not shorten the period already paid for, unless a restriction or refund applies. Contact support if you need help with cancellation or billing.
Asset rights
Membership does not transfer ownership of an asset or give a blanket licence to redistribute it. Use must follow the applicable asset licence. If an intended use is not covered by the stated licence, obtain permission from the rights holder before using the asset that way.
Privacy and email preferences
The privacy notice explains account and usage data. Promotional emails are optional; declining them does not affect membership. Essential account and payment notices are separate.
